"The Ultimate in Training Systems!"
Cycling regularly is good but is it great? I often find that both competitive and recreational cyclists only focus on putting miles on their bikes to improve performance. This may improve performance but I don’t believe it will help an individul compete or ride at their best. How can you be great at this sport if you only focus on one aspect of training? In order for an athlete to be successful, he or she must train on the bike as well as following a program that incorporates: strength and conditioning, mental and visual training, flexibility, breathing, and performance goal setting. I’ve been a competative athlete my whole life and I’ve won many games and races in state and national competitions in sports such as: soccer, cross-country, track and field and cycling. My talent in sports lead me to a one or two dimensional athlete but I always felt something was lacking. In sports, I’ve always practiced intesnely on my technique but I failed to incorporate other methods of training to become even better. For me, I wish I had the information I know now back when I was younger. Let’s face it, not everyone is genetically gifted or naturally talented like many of the super athletes we see on TV or the ones we compete against at races; however, if you have the proper training you can improve substantally.
I’ve created CycleFit Training Systems to help the cyclist that is looking for more than just training on the bike. By following the fitness programs mentioned above, you can be sure to improve your results on the bike for a better performance.
Take action now and don’t procrastinate!
