Our one on one program consist of a complete fitness/strength and cycle test. With this infformation we will be able to design both a fitness/strength and cycling program for you. Your trainings will consist of on the bike stationary training and strength and conditioning.

Flexibility is obviously important when riding a bike. The ability to maintain an efficient position for hours on end requires flexibility. We understand that and after noting any tight areas you have, we will give you the necessary stretches to address them.

It should seem obvious that balance is important when trying not to fall off two wheels, but it is all too often ignored in an off-bike conditioning program. We don't ignore it, rather we focus on balance to improve efficiency and safety while cycling.

CYCLEFIT Training Systems™ KettleBell
Our CycleFit Kettlebell program will provide you with the strengthening exercises important to cyclists. After identifying any weakness you may have, we will instruct you in the strengthening exercises most beneficial to you.

CYCLEFIT Training Systems™ CycleFusion
CycleFusion is designed to feel like the last two laps in a race. It's intense and will push the participant past his/her own limitations. A combination of on the bike training, body weight, KettleBells, X-Treme Manila ropes and CycleFit bands will be used in our training session.
